Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah, an Indian actor and singer well-known for her performance in Tamil and Malayalam films. Her acting debut was with the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam and also made her Malayalam debut in Annayum Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah was born to the same Anglo-Indian family at Arakkonam the capital of Tamil Nadu.Andrea's dad is an attorney in the Madras High Court. She has a younger sister living and working in Leuven Belgium in the role of Research Assistant. Jeremiah was raised in Chennai. He was a student at National Public School. After his graduation, he attended Women's Christian College. Andrea learned to play classical piano in her eighth year. Young Stars, a Jackson Five-style group which she joined when she was 10, was her foundation for her singing as well as composing music. She worked as an actor at her school and took part in several productions in the form of The Madras Players, EVAM and other theatre groups.
